Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that custom or personalized orders may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available only for select items)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, customs, and local postal services. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment online.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
